IAAS Talk: Expronas and Exprointer was a sharing session organized by IAAS LC ULM to introduce and promote exchange program opportunities, both national (Expronas) and international (Exprointer), to people who watched the podcast. The event featured several speakers who had previously participated in these programs, sharing their valuable experiences, practical tips, and personal growth stories—from the registration and selection process to cultural adaptation, project involvement, and the impact the programs had on their academic and personal development. The session provided a platform for participants to engage directly with the speakers through an interactive Q&A segment, fostering a deeper understanding of the exchange journey. Overall, IAAS Talk: Expronas and Exprointer aimed to inspire and motivate members ot people to step out of their comfort zones, develop global perspectives, and become more actively involved in IAAS’s national and international network.
